Ten Collective is an award winning all female graphic design collective. They are an exotic bunch, originating from Brazil, Russia, Turkey (and the not so exotic) England and Ireland. Based in London and Dubai they bring together these different influences to offer a truly diverse approach.
Ten Collective fully believe that 10 heads are better than one and their united design methodology focuses heavily on producing thoughtful, well-crafted solutions. They believe there can be no design without discovery and they make the most of the journey, drawing on each others strengths to find the most appropriate and beautiful solutions.

Sophie Clements (b. 1978) lives and works in London. She comes from a background in biochemistry, music and design; the three elements that strongly influence and define her work. The majority of her work is made in relation to sound and music - the expression of the two languages of sound and visual as a singular voice being a key driving force. Sophie has worked in collaboration with a number of composers and sound artists, as well as various visual artists. Her recent collaborative work includes two large-scale installations for the Royal Opera House’s Paul Hamlyn Hall, a video work commissioned by the Barbican for the world premiere of Thomas Ades’ arrangement of Conlon Nancarrow’s Study Number 7, various collaborations with electronic artist Scanner, and ongoing work and international performances with composer J.Peter Schwalm.

Veronika Burian, born in Prague, got her first degree in Industrial Design in Munich, Germany, before she moved on to Austria and Italy to work as a mix between a product and graphic designer. Discovering her true passion for type, she graduated with distinction from the MA in Typeface Design in Reading, UK, in 2003 and started to work as full-time type designer at DaltonMaag in London until 2007.
After a 3-year stay in Boulder, Colorado, she is currently living and working in Prague and dedicates her time fully to TypeTogether, an independent type-label that she co-founded with José Scaglione. She also continues to give lectures and workshops at international conferences and universities. Her typeface Maiola received, among others, the TDC Certificate of Excellence in Type Design 2004. Several other typefaces by TypeTogether have also been recognised by international competitions.

Influenced as much by feminism and opposition to Thatcherism as Swiss typography, Lucienne Roberts believes that ‘small’ graphic interventions can lead to valuable change. LucienneRoberts+ projects include exhibitions and identities for the Wellcome Collection, Women’s Library and David Miliband Campaign. A signatory of First Things First 2000, Lucienne lectures widely and is AVA Publishing’s design consultant. Her books include Good: An Introduction to Ethics in Graphic Design and Design Diaries: Creative Process in Graphic Design co-written with Rebecca Wright. With Rebecca, Lucienne is principal founder of GraphicDesign& a publishing and events venture exploring graphic design’s connectedness with the wider world.

Theda draws every day. After graduating in productdesign in 2009, she decided to concentrate more on her drawings. ,A simple drawing can give you that certain kind of home-feeling' she says. With the for her typical black fine outlines she creates an own subtle world. Even every day actions can grow to a surreal situation, just threw changing dimensions of daily objects.

Alida Rosie Sayer is a visual designer and artist working across the fields of typography, graphic design, 3D-design, animation and illustration using a combination of both hand-crafted and digital processes.
A prominent feature of Sayer’s work is the layering of information in such a way that it begins to reveal simultaneous depths and relationships that might not normally be visible. She is particularly interested in seeking to express visually what cannot be communicated using either words or pictures alone, often treating letterforms as tactile objects and manipulating them in order to alter or enhance their meaning.

Catherine Nippe is a London-based, Swiss/German graphic designer who has been running her studio since 2006. The studio takes on work for both commercial enterprises and clients in the cultural industries. With a focus on book and brand design, many projects sit within the fields of fashion, design, art and architecture. We create relevant and engaging solutions by developing a strong understanding of the client’s practice in relation to the wider field, as well as by exploring the objectives of each project. Our designs aspire to be seductive yet informative, without being literal.
